New Marketing Infrastructure

From the Ground Up

Marketing Infrastructure | Branding & Messaging | Demand Generation | Revenue Enablement

CASE STUDY

Building Marketing Infrastructure to Drive Revenue Growth

From a minimal presence to a full-scale marketing engine supporting enterprise sales

Challenge

When I joined, the company had a hastily assembled website and limited sales materials—no cohesive brand, no defined messaging, and no marketing infrastructure to support a complex, relationship-driven sales cycle of 18 to 24 months. The business was growing through direct relationships with carriers and brokers, but lacked the tools, content, and programs to scale those efforts or build credibility at the enterprise level.

My Role

I built the marketing function from the ground up—strategy, infrastructure, and execution—working with both in-house teams and external consultants throughout.

Impact

Despite a lengthy enterprise sales cycle, the investments in brand, content, and channel marketing produced measurable results in 2025.
